Customs delays, seizures, or additional import charges imposed after dispatch.
Postal or courier delays outside of Japan.

What is TCGSUB?

TCGSUB is a monthly subscription that ships authentic Japanese trading-card booster packs from Tokyo, Japan to your doorstep. Operated by AKIBABIT合同会社, export-only service focused on Japanese-market TCGs.

What’s included each month?

6 factory-sealed Japanese booster packs (2 Pokémon, 2 One Piece, and 2 Yu-Gi-Oh! — all random by set & artwork).
Protective packaging for international transit.
Export handling & processing included.
Japan Post Registered Airmail with tracking.

How much does it cost?

¥9,490 per month (JPY). Price includes export handling/processing and Registered Airmail postage from Tokyo. Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included and may be charged by your country upon delivery.

Which TCG brands do you cover?

Primarily Pokémon, One Piece, and Yu-Gi-Oh! — all Japan-market product lines sourced from licensed Japanese retailers. Availability can vary by release schedules and stock.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. We purchase from authorized Japanese retailers. All items remain factory sealed unless required for export inspection by authorities.

How does shipping work?

We ship via Japan Post Registered Airmail with tracking from Tokyo. Delivery times vary by destination and local postal performance (typically 2–14 business days).

Taxes, VAT, and customs?

Import charges (customs duties, VAT, brokerage) are not included and are the recipient’s responsibility. Your local carrier may request payment before delivery.

Billing & renewal

Subscriptions bill monthly in JPY through Stripe. Renewals occur automatically each month until cancelled. You can pause or cancel any time before the next renewal to avoid new charges.

Cancellations, refunds & replacements

Cancel/Pause: Do this prior to your renewal date.
Missing shipment: If the carrier confirms loss/non-delivery after investigation, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for that shipment.
In-transit issues (damage/delay/customs): Claims are handled with the postal carrier per their policy. Additional insurance beyond standard coverage is not included.
For hygiene and collectible integrity reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. All sales are final.

Payments & security

We use Stripe for secure payments. Your card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Address changes & delivery instructions

Update your address before renewal. Once a parcel ships, changes must be requested with the carrier using your tracking number (availability varies by country).
